Frame is a decision.
You were handed the most sophisticated machine in the universe with no instructions, so it runs on defaults.
Your sense of self is a setting, locked in by repetition and reinforced by purposeful thought and behavior. The machine never checks whether the setting serves you. It keeps running it until you decide otherwise.
Reality ReFrame teaches the framework for being at the identity level.
Twenty minutes. Free. You’ll know by the end if this is for you.
The controls you were never shown
Your conscious mind handles around 40 to 50 bits of information a second. Your subconscious handles about 11 million. Over 99.9% of what shapes your experience happens below your awareness, on settings you never chose. There are controls for it. Most people never find them.
Your RAS is the filter that decides what reaches your awareness. Left alone, it keeps showing you whatever has kept you alive so far. Frame is using it on purpose: choosing what you focus on, so your attention starts finding proof for it.
The chemistry you’re running on right now. Threat or rest, stoked or crying for help. It was calibrated by habit, which means it can be recalibrated the same way, often in minutes.
The setting everything else runs from. Change it on purpose, with an input strong enough to override the default, and the rest recalibrates around it.

No ten-year plan. A decision.
Most coaching turns your life into a research project. More journaling, more frameworks, more understanding why. Understanding was never the problem. Choosing is.
Find the default
We find the setting you’re running and where it came from. It usually takes minutes. You’ve run on it so long you stopped seeing it.
Choose the frame
Not a skill you build over months. A decision you make today and act from immediately. The feeling follows the action, never the other way round.
Hold it
You’ll slip back to the default. Everyone does. The skill is noticing fast and coming straight back. No shame, no guilt, no overthinking how it happened.
For the guy who knows he’s capable and keeps waiting.
- You overthink every move until the moment’s gone.
- You’re waiting for confidence, permission, or the right time to show up first.
- You know more than enough. You’re just not acting on it.
- Some days you can feel yourself running on autopilot, an NPC in your own life, living a script you never agreed to.
None of that is who you are. It’s a setting. Settings can be changed.
The whole idea
If you don’t create your own reality, someone will create one for you.David W. Black
Stop discussing it.
Twenty minutes. You tell me where you’re stuck. I’ll tell you which default is keeping you there and what it takes to change it. If this isn’t for you, you’ll hear it straight.
